Customers with EU VAT Number
If you are based in the European Union * and hold a valid EU VAT Number, we can zero-rate the transaction, in case you give the valid number during the registration or when updating your account. In this case, when logged in, the site shows only the prices excluding VAT.
If you are not registered, after choosing 'Company' as the type of customer, you can include the VAT number in the ‘VAT’ field of billing informations. Once this number has been verified, the VAT will be removed from the order total by us, and you will get the price zero-rated of VAT.
Please note, that both the invoice adress and the delivery adress - including valid EU VAT Number - need to be from an EU country which does not make an exception because of domestic customers *. Please note also, that the customer can not exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, if he/she has made the order as a company.
* - Customers from Hungary make an exception, because they are considered domestic customers.
