We offer free shipping inside the EU on orders above net €200.

UltraViola for the present primarily aims to serve european customers. If you would like shipping to a country outside of Europe, please contact us via email before making an order, and we will calculate the exact shipping cost for you.

Please note that some countries may impose customs duties and/or handling fees. Please also note that oversized shipments tend to take longer than regular postal deliveries due to the logistics involved.

For orders above net €200 we provide free shipping in the EU. For countries outside the EU, please see the calculated shipping cost at the check-out.

UltraViola Audio Lpc. does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage occuring due to incorrect information given by the customer. In this case the customer has to pay the occurent additional charges.

UltraViola does not hold a stock of all the items, so some of the items have to be ordered from the manufacturer’s representative to be shipped. In some cases it can take more weeks, but you can be sure that your item will always be from a fresh stock and of the newest version.
